Most of our dog beds ship via Fed Ex Saver. However, for certain beds and all designer dog carriers and other pet carriers, we ship via UPS Ground. Ground service usually takes 4-6 days to deliver in the contiguous United States. Please read each item description carefully as the shipping time varies from item to item. Two day and overnight service is available at an additional charge. Please feel free to contact our customer service department for a quote. Since many if our dog beds and designer dog carriers are MADE TO ORDER and made exclusively for you, please allow AT LEAST 3 WEEKS for your product to arrive.
